Deleting Support Groups

A support group can be deleted from the system. A support group should be deleted when the group is no longer needed.  

To delete a support group:

1. Click Administration > Support Groups in the Left Navigation Pane. The Support Group Administration page displays.
2. Click Delete for the support group you want to delete.
3. At the confirmation prompt, click OK.
